Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to quotations, samples and orders for EV charging and energy storage equipment supplied by us through this website and by direct enquiry. They are written for business-to-business transactions; the details of any individual order are those stated in our written quotation and order confirmation.
Scope
We sell to companies, installers, distributors and project owners for commercial use. These terms are not intended for consumer sales.
They apply alongside any written quotation, proforma invoice or supply contract we issue. Your own purchase terms apply only if we have accepted them in writing.
Product information and specifications
Specifications, ratings, dimensions and certification coverage on this website are given for guidance at the time of publication. The binding specification for an order is the one stated in the written quotation for that order.
Product appearance, connectors, cable assemblies and firmware may be revised during a model's life. Where a change affects form, fit or function we will tell you before we ship.
Certificates are held for the product families listed on our compliance page. Copies of the relevant certificates are provided with your quotation on request.
Quotations, samples and orders
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Prices are exclusive of freight, insurance, duties and local taxes unless the quotation says otherwise.
An order becomes binding when we issue a written order confirmation or proforma invoice and receive the agreed deposit. Until then, specifications and lead times may be adjusted.
Samples are supplied for evaluation. Unless agreed in writing they are not for resale.
Payment
Payment terms, currency and method are those stated in the quotation, typically a deposit on order confirmation and the balance before shipment.
If payment is late we may hold production or shipment until it is settled, and we will tell you before doing so.
Delivery, risk and title
The delivery term (for example EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP) and the lead time are stated in the quotation for your order. Lead times run from order confirmation and receipt of the deposit, not from the date of first enquiry.
Risk passes at the point defined by the agreed delivery term. Title passes when the goods have been paid for in full.
Please inspect goods on arrival and tell us promptly, with photographs, about any shortage or transport damage so that a claim can be made.
Warranty
Our equipment carries the following warranty periods from the date of delivery: 1 year for electrical switches, 1 year for charging cables and gun heads, 3 years for power modules, inverters and liquid cooling units, and 5 years for the complete unit including the control board and cells.
The warranty covers faults arising from materials or workmanship under normal use and correct installation. It does not cover wear, accident, misuse, unauthorised modification, or damage caused by installation that does not follow the supplied documentation.
Claims are handled by repair, replacement of the faulty part, or credit, at our option. Tell us the model, serial number and a description of the fault and we will agree the route with you.
Intellectual property
Our brand, drawings, firmware, software and documentation remain ours. Buyers receive the right to use, install and resell the hardware we supply, not the right to copy our designs.
Where you ask for your own branding, we will produce to your artwork. You confirm that the artwork is yours to use and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Limitation of liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, our liability for a given order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit, downtime or third-party claims, except where the law says otherwise.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and any order are governed by the law agreed in the contract for that order, or, where none is agreed, by the law stated on the order confirmation.
We prefer to resolve disagreements by talking them through. If that does not work, the dispute is settled by the method stated in the contract for that order.
Nothing here removes the protection you have under the mandatory consumer or commercial law of your own country where that law applies.
